Painting - Acrylic Paints On Canvas
Description
Ballet Dancer - acrylic paints on canvas .. leading up to this is one of many paintings, sketches and drawings of this ballet dancer. I also did several pencil on parchment paper and ink on both paper and on canvas before actually doing this simple painting in flat values and tones. I enjoy creating nearly as much as I enjoy seeing what others create.

Thanks Ramon. I have only posted a few paintings and other artwork. I recently had a flood in my home in Michigan and lost quite a few things. I should have been posting them. I had some things that were done in felt pen on canvas and felt pen on paper. the water type of ink got washed off, and others were warped by the moisture. Some of the canvasses were stacked inappropriately by the help in an effort to dry them off and they were also ruined.

AWESOME VERY CREATIVE BEAUTIFUL LEONARD
Leonard Lukomski replied:
Thank you Nora. You have posted some remarkable artwork. I especially like the "Smart Blond".
Leonard Lukomski replied:
I don't give out many of my techniques, but this is a small part of a larger painting. I also have versions with two dancers. I tried many Techniques and did most of the form in blue on "wax" paper then pressed it onto the canvas while the paint was still wet. I then went over the blue slightly to fill in and added the face and the hair with a few brush strokes.

Lovely artwork!
Leonard Lukomski replied:
Thank you Alga. It is especially good to hear from another Michigander. I have only posted a few of my paintings, and many others were in my basement when the floods hit two weeks ago. I HAD ABOUT 24" of water and I am still in the recovery process. Most of my work was ruined. Especially the water color and the pen and ink (Water based ink). All the wooden frames warped.
